UAVZZ (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates an online marketplace for drone rentals, connecting drone owners (“Vendors”) with customers (“Users”) who wish to rent drones for various purposes. These Terms govern your use of our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use UAVZZ. By using this website, you warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

• You must create an account to book or list drones.

• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

4. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are made through our platform.

• Payments are processed securely via [Razorpay/Stripe/UPI].

• Booking confirmations will be sent via email upon successful payment.

5. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors must ensure drones are in safe, working condition.

• Vendors are responsible for maintaining insurance coverage if required under local laws.

• UAVZZ reserves the right to suspend any listings violating policies or safety standards.

6. User Responsibilities

• Users must operate drones safely and in compliance with DGCA regulations or local aviation laws.

• Users are liable for any damage, loss, or legal penalties incurred during rental.

• Users must return drones in the same condition as received altering Drones & Replacing parts or theft of the Drones will face “Severe Legal Actions”

7. Cancellations and Refunds

• User cancellations:

  • Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before booking start time.

  • 50% refund if cancelled within 12 – 24 hours.

• Vendor cancellations:

  • If a vendor cancels, the user will receive a full refund.

8. Damages and Liability

• Users are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of rented drones.

• UAVZZ is not liable for damages arising from drone use, rental transactions, or disputes between users and vendors.

9. Platform Rights

• UAVZZ reserves the right to modify or remove listings, suspend accounts, or change platform features at any time to ensure safety and compliance.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on UAVZZ, including logos, , and text, is owned by UAVZZ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page.
