Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
1. Booking Cancellations by Customers
a. Cancellation Timeframes
Full Refund:
If you cancel your booking before 48 hours scheduled rental start time, you will receive a 100% refund.
Partial Refund:
If you cancel 24 to 48 hours before the rental start time, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 12 – 24 hours of the rental start time are, 25% of the booking amount will be refunded.
No Refund:
Less than 1hr or after the ride start time Complete payment forfeited
b. How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, log in to your My Account page and submit a cancellation request under your orders or contact us atsupport@uavzz.com with your booking details.
2. Booking Cancellations by Vendors
If a vendor cancels your booking due to unavailability, technical issues, or any unforeseen circumstances:
You will receive a 100% refund to your original payment method.
UAVZZ is not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to vendor cancellation (e.g. travel, project delays).
3. No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive or fail to pick up the drone during the booked rental period without prior cancellation maximum of 2 hour grace period is acceptable.
The booking amount is non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.
5. Damage or Loss
No refunds will be provided if the drone is damaged or lost during your rental period. You may also be liable for repair or replacement costs as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
