UAVZZ Vendor Policy
Effective Date: As per Registration Submitting Date
Applies To: Vendors renting or listing drones on the UAVZZ platform

1. Vendor Eligibility
Vendors must be Indian citizens or legally registered businesses.
Vendors must own or be authorized to lease drones listed on the platform.
Drones must be registered on the Digital Sky platform (as per DGCA norms) except Uncategorized Drones
Only individuals aged 18 years and above may register as vendors.

2. Drone Listing Requirements
Every drone listed must:
Have a valid Unique Identification Number (UIN) (if applicable).
Include accurate details: model, specifications, condition, and clear images.
Be listed with an updated availability calendar.
Counterfeit, non-functional, or unregistered drones are strictly prohibited.

3. Drone Safety & Condition
Vendors must ensure all drones are airworthy and safe for customer use.
Prior to each rental, the drone must be:
Fully functional and inspected
Charged and reset to default settings (if required)
Provided with required accessories: remote, batteries, charger, propellers, etc.
Defective or unsafe equipment must not be rented. If any issue arises:
Vendor must immediately notify the customer
Replace the unit if available, or issue a full refund
Repeated safety negligence will lead to account suspension or termination.

4. Pricing & Earnings
Vendors are free to set their own prices.
Platform service fees (25%) will be deducted before payout.
Payouts are released within 3-7 days after a successful rental, subject to dispute clearance.

5. Booking Management
Vendors must accept or reject bookings within 4 hours.
Cancellations must be avoided unless due to technical or legal reasons.
Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of rental) will result in:
Visibility penalties
Potential financial penalties (deducted from payouts)
- Repeated Cancellations will lead to account suspension or termination.

6. Handover / Delivery
Drones must be delivered or made available at the agreed location/time.
Vendors are responsible for:
Checking customer’s KYC/verificationÂ
Demonstrating basic operational usageÂ

7. Communication & Support
Vendors must respond to:
Customer messages within 4 hours
Platform queries or complaint investigations promptly
Misconduct, abuse, or delayed responses may affect vendor ratings.

8. Prohibited Use & DGCA Compliance
Vendors must ensure customers are informed about Indian drone laws.
Vendors are not liable for customer misuse, but must:
Provide usage guidelines if drone is category-specific (medium/micro/small, etc.)
Confirm that drones are not used for restricted operations (e.g., near airports, military zones)

9. Suspension & Termination
UAVZZ reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban vendors for:
Repeated negative customer feedback
Providing unsafe or defective drones
Falsifying drone documents
Violating Indian drone regulations

10. Legal Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for:
Ensuring legal compliance with DGCA, MHA, and IT Act 2000
Having proper insurance coverage (if required)
UAVZZ is an intermediary and not liable for direct damages unless due to platform fault
